JEI Reading & Writing is a literature-based, enrichment programme that helps
students strengthen reading comprehension and writing skills. The
programme features fiction and nonfiction as well as other genres of
literature. Students in years 2 through 7 who possess basic language arts
skills and are interested in exploring various types of literature can
strengthen reading comprehension and writing skills through the JEI
Reading & Writing programme. The programme features fiction and
nonfiction as well as other genres of literature. Each unit progresses
naturally with the introduction of a novel and fosters reading
comprehension, writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
The JEI Reading & Writing curriculum is
aligned with the State Standards, this
unique reading programme helps build critical
thinking and analytical skills.
